Infinity Media’s strategic transformation began with the redesign and implementation of fresh landing pages, mandating user registration prior to accessing the software. Iterative improvements in the landing page design resulted in a dramatic boost in registration rates, soaring to over 60%! This key step laid the foundation for a robust user base that we could then engage for conversion to paid subscriptions.
Parallelly, we launched an email nurturing campaign aimed at new registrants, designed to drive early engagement. We discovered that users who engaged within the first 8 hours exhibited a subscription rate 300% higher than those who didn’t.
Our strategy incorporated intuitive audience segmentation, enabling us to familiarize registered users with the software, bolster credibility through user reviews and testimonials, highlight unique selling propositions, and ultimately enhance the conversion rate from registration to subscription. Once we attained a satisfactory conversion rate, we embarked on data-driven campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads to further boost user registrations.
Persistent testing and optimization helped us slash the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for registrations to roughly $1 on both Facebook and Google, while simultaneously scaling user volume to over 15,000/mo. Our comprehensive approach entailing data-driven analysis, product optimizations, funnel & pricing tests, and Facebook retargeting further allowed us to bring subscription CPAs under $36.
