Before The Challenge
Pearl Earbuds started as a prototype with ambitious goals to ignite their brand with a successful crowdfunding launch. The product was still in production & manufacturing so, with limited assets, we were tasked with setting up & executing a pre-launch campaign (with a 5,000 lead goal) and subsequent campaign launch (with a $15k public goal and $50k external goal).
The Outcome Solution
In collaboration with our marketing partners at Russell Marketing, Infinity Media was able to set up a 5-step proven product launch approach. We drove pre-launch traffic to our landing page funnel in order to capture low-cost, high quality email leads. These emails were put through a pre-launch email sequence in order to educate them about the product, highlight the differentiators and value proposition, address sales objections, gather user feedback (which was used to craft the launch campaign), and ultimately drive excitement & urgency for the Pearl Earbuds product launch. For another communication touchpoint, the leads were also directed to join our Facebook VIP group to add excitement, gather user feedback, communicate with the lead advocates, and ultimately promote the product to drive sales. After a 4 week pre-launch, we were able exceed our lead 5,000 lead goal with 7,500+ leads and over 3,700 Facebook VIP members.
