When Infinity Media began its partnership with Audience, they were facing an uphill battle. Although Audience offered a cutting-edge AI marketing solution that fused direct mail and real world marketing into the digital world through their unique handwriting robots & technology, they were struggling to fully leverage their innovative product in a crowded market. Despite having such a standout product, Audience had difficulty in optimizing their paid advertising campaigns. They had high CPAs of over $250 for booked calls, a low CTR, and a landing page conversion rate of just 3%. They also struggled to generate quality leads, which was critical to realizing the full potential of their product.

The Outcome Solution
Infinity Media implemented a range of measures to help Audience turn things around. We started by restructuring their Facebook and Google campaigns, an action that saw the CPA on booked calls drop to under $50. This was a significant improvement, resulting in efficient ad spend and an increased number of booked calls.
Next, we honed in on the creative aspects of Audience’s campaigns. By diligently improving these elements, we managed to enhance the CTR and attract better quality leads, a critical factor given Audience’s innovative and niche product.
We also performed rigorous A/B testing on their landing page, which resulted in a considerable jump in the conversion rate, from 3% to over 11%. These weren’t just random users, but quality prospects with a high potential for conversion, thus enabling Audience to fully leverage their unique product offering.
Additionally, we established new funnels that streamlined tracking and optimization. This allowed Audience to continue driving down the CPAs on booked calls, thereby maximizing their ROAS.
Lastly, we collaborated with Audience’s internal teams to refine their email marketing strategies, further augmenting the volume of booked calls and refining the quality of leads.
